PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be longer depending on volume of orders. Shipping times are on top of this. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Due to Australia Post currently experiencing significant disruption and unprecedented parcel volumes, delivery times are extremely lengthy, especially on international orders.

Domestic 

Standard shipping = allow up to 1 week*
Express shipping = allow 1-3 business days*

International

Standard shipping = allow up to 2-4 weeks*
Express shipping = allow 1-3 weeks*

We do not take responsibility for refunding or replacing any orders that are lost, damaged or do not arrive by a specific date. If you’d like extra peace of mind, Australia Post offers Extra Cover for lost or damaged items. If you would like us to include Extra Cover, please send us an email to contact@jewelleryandcraftsuppliesaustralia.com and I will send you an invoice for the cost of Extra Cover. It costs $2.50 for every $100 spent.

500g - 1kg: $12.50

1kg - 3kg: $15.75

3kg - 5kg: $18.95

5kg and over: $18.95

Express Shipping

Up to 500g: $12.15

500g - 1kg: $16.00

1kg - 3kg: $19.75

3kg - 5kg: $25.95

5kg and over: $25.95

 

RETURNS

If there are any issues with your order please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
